Richard Hewitt
Richard joined Taylor HAIG from Suffolk County Council where he had been Assistant Director with the lead for Transformation for over two years. During this time he played a leading role in the Authority’s innovative approach to wider collaboration across the public sector.
Graham Dixon
Adam Fineberg
Adam is a leading Independent and Local Improvement Advisor (LIA) and a Together for Children Associate Consultant, (see www.fineberg.org.uk ). He is currently advising the new Government, CLG and The Treasury on a "whole systems" approach to addressing the existing architecture - making things work better for local people, under the overarching economic development objective. This relates previous work to the new Government's decentralisation (Localism) agenda and new LGA proposals for "place-based budgets". He has recently been commissioned by Wakefield to undertake Total Place type work, and by Barking and Dagenham, addressing levels of community confidence in local public services around crime and community safety.
Lesley Courcouf
Jon Johnson
Jon has worked in the HQ Community Safety Dept in Sheffield since October 2009. His background is in Community Policing and he has been a uniform officer for 25 years, serving in all areas of Sheffield.
Robert Hardy
Robert has never stopped being a ‘professional generalist’ in a wide variety of roles covering most local government services.
Dan Gascoyne
Dan is responsible for Essex County Council’s strategic partnership working and localism. He has led ‘total place’ projects investigating complex multi-agency issues such as NEETs and Children’s Safeguarding and manages the activities of the Essex Partnership, the countywide LSP.
Nigel Keohane
Nigel joined the New Local Government Network in summer 2007. He is currently responsible for NLGN’s research programme and policy development.
Graham Cadle
Graham is a qualified accountant and has a background in managing various services including revenues and benefits, exchequer and debt services and customer contact centres.
Jason Lowther
Jason is currently acting Director of Policy and Delivery for Birmingham City Council, Europe’s largest local authority. He is responsible for strategic policy, performance management, customer insight, the local strategic partnership, leadership and council development, and service improvement activities.
